Returns & Refunds Policy
The TL;DR: Because every MuseBeam™ is custom-made with your own photo, we can’t accept returns if you simply change your mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, we’ll make it right immediately.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your MuseBeam™ as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong order, contact us immediately at shopdripndrive@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and send out a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
• Custom Products: Since these are special orders personalized with your photos, they are non-returnable and non-refundable once produced.
• Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your proof of purchase.
Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved (e.g., for a non-custom item or a specific shipping issue), we will notify you once we’ve inspected the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
