Shipping Policy

The Vibe: We know you're excited to get your MuseBeam™. Because every projector is custom-made with your unique photo, it takes a little extra love and time to get it perfect before it hits the road.

1. PRODUCTION TIME (The "Making" Phase)

Once you place an order, our team gets to work.

• Production: Please allow 8-10 business days for us to custom-print and assemble your MuseBeam™ slides.

• You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been handed off to our shipping partners.

2. SHIPPING TIMES (The "Moving" Phase)

We ship worldwide. Whether you're in the US, UK, or anywhere else, we'll get your custom piece to you as safely as possible.

• US & UK Shipping: Estimated 7-15 business days after production.

• International Shipping: Estimated 10-18 business days after production, depending on your location.

Please note: Most customers receive their MuseBeam™ within 10-15 business days total. High-demand seasons or customs checks in your country can sometimes add a few days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

3. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Stay in the loop! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking link. It usually takes 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

For international orders outside the US/UK, Drip&Drive is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. WRONG ADDRESS?

Mistakes happen! If you realize you entered the wrong shipping address, email us at shopdripndrive@gmail.com within 12 hours. Once the order has entered production, we unfortunately cannot change the destination.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't see your package, or if it arrives damaged, please reach out to us at shopdripndrive@gmail.com immediately.
